Flat Rack

An open-platform solution for cargo that does not fit a standard container. With no side walls or roof, height and width limits disappear — machinery, cab assemblies and out-of-gauge parts travel in one piece.

• Dimension and weight analysis — a 20' or 40' platform and the required certification are chosen based on cargo size.
• Loading plan — the centre of gravity is calculated and the chocking layout is drawn up in advance.
• Securing — secured with chains, tensioners and timber chocks; the lashing report is photographed.
• Out-of-gauge permits — where needed, we obtain the port and road transit permits.
